To connect Alexa and the gateway, simply download the "Amazon Alexa" app on your mobile phone, find "Skills & Games" in the menu bar, and search for "TTlock." Enter the login interface and enable the skill. If the login fails, please fill in the area code "+1" in front of your account. Give Alexa the "discover" command, and the Locks option will appear on the page. Pairing is now successful! Enter the setting interface, authorize app control and voice control.

When the Gateway is powered on, flashing red and blue lights indicate the stand-by mode, ready to pair. A red light indicates a network failure, while a blue light indicates normal mode. To pair the gateway, find the main menu in the upper left corner, select Gateway - G2, and connect to power before entering the next step. Switching on the power too early will result in a "search failed" error. The gateway must show flashing red and blue lights before connecting. If it does not, unplug the plug and turn on the power again.

Configure the Wi-Fi information, ensuring your phone is also connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Configuration is successful when there is a "Gateway" column in the "Settings." The G2 gateway can be used with smart locks controlled by the TT Lock App, and it is suitable for Bluetooth door locks that connect to the internet through the G2 WiFi Bridge, making management more convenient and life smarter.

The G2 gateway connects to the TT Lock App, allowing remote unlocking, checking the door lock status in real-time, and remotely setting custom passwords. After pairing with the smart lock, it is compatible with Alexa for voice intelligent control.
